Our in-house 24/7 Customer Support Centre (CSC) is more than a Helpdesk. It is the central support function for all operational teams and clients across all sectors and services.
Whether your call is a next day fix or an out of hour's emergency, our CSC is staffed by our skilled CSC Operatives to handle your job. Our CSC and operational delivery platform is fairly unique given that our Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM), Finance, Procurement and HR modules are integrated. This architecture supports transparency of data and real time management information (MI), as well as developing bespoke client dashboards via secure web portals.
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Our PPM delivery ensures that every scheduled maintenance activity on plant or equipment is carried out to meet industry standards, on time by experienced technicians. They work with robust schedules and data to meet legislative compliance, as well as manufacture warranties and recommendations.
Our PPM solution is delivered through a flexible model that operates alongside our Integrated+ approach or a standalone service. All of our skilled engineers are equipped and trained to use our CAFM system via iPads so they can update job's or complete them on the go.
Our engineers are trained to deliver PPM works to your building, such as boiler maintenance, generators, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), fire alarms, CCTV, lifts, escalators, water treatment, portable appliance testing (PAT), fixed wiring testing and statutory testing.
If your requirement is ad-hoc or developed through a project based scheme, we can help. Our professional Project Managers develop accurate designs and plans, demonstrating clear time scales and indicative cost of your entire project and once agreed can then deliver it through to completion both on time and budget.
