Resorts World, located in Birmingham is a complex that offers 50 outlet stores, 178 four star bedrooms with 5 star suites, a medi- spa, wide range of restaurants and bars, 11 screen cinema with state-of-the-art digital technology, casino and banqueting and conference centre.
Prior to the build completion, Resorts World appointed us to deliver Integrated Facilities Management services to the prestigious new build. We developed a two stage mobilisation programme which commenced at the end of build and again, prior to the complex opening. On the day of the opening, we ensured that our services were as robust as possible, giving Resorts World the focus on their customers.
